How It Works

When you choose to work with Music Direction, we’ll pay a visit to your retail locations with your marketing team to learn about your brand. We’ll get inside your brand to get a better sense of the music that will work best for your guests.

Just as menus in a restaurant change throughout the day, so should your music. We’ll work with you to learn about the ‘daily dynamics’ of your business – how your clientele and the energy in your locations changes throughout the day. This process helps us to determine the best format for your playlists – for example: lunch, dinner and drinks; or cool, warm and hot. The result – customized playlists that always fit your brand, not matter what time of day it is.

Client Profile

We build your custom branded playlists with an online Client Profile. It includes an overview of your brand, photos of your venue, playlist schedule, and sample tracks. This profile is then used as the basis of the 60-hour custom audio profile we’ll create for you.
